Implementation 2019
We are the authors of the bridge concept and the technical solution for the construction process. For the contractor, we prepared a single-phase implementation documentation.

Two independent bridges for the north and southbound traffic are supported on a system of a single large-diameter pile, directly connected to a circular pier of smaller cross-section. The head of the piers are mostly prefabricated to avoid the need for formwork and to prevent traffic disruptions beneath the bridge. Prefabricated modular steel beams of the Unibridge system by Matière are installed on the pier heads of the substructure. The composite bridge deck is prefabricated from segments with full slab thickness. The individual spans are connected over supports with monolithic link slabs. The superstructure rests on the substructure via HDRB bearings, which ensure reduction of seismic loads on the substructure, as earthquake resistance is a key design parameter in this area.
